CLIMBING MY MOUNTAIN
I am a wounded healer. Full stop.
This means I am resolving my own traumas and using those experiences to help others. Doing this is the reason why I chose to become a clinical social worker psychotherapist.
Growth involves uncovering new and reusable tools for a healthy climb up the mountain of life. But, first, you must build it. This practice yields peace, safety, calmness, excitement, adventure, and evolution. This change comprises your wants, needs, desires, and opposites. I help you navigate them.
I do this work because I care. Your growth and well-being matter deeply to me. I work collaboratively to help you find your strengths and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life.
I do this work because I understand. I aim to provide the bridges between your challenges and your search for healing. I can offer guidance and strategies rooted in experience and insight.
I do this work because we all need an ear. Everyone deserves a space where they can share their thoughts and experiences, explore their emotions, and voice their concerns openly to foster self-discovery and growth.

Getting to Know Me, Myself, and I is a map to follow as you encounter your developmental mountains of self-awareness. It offers tools to utilize as you make this journey. It is a theory based on putting your life into three categories: The "me," or what is inside you that only you are mindful of which is your history.
The "I," who is the external you and is portrayed as others see you, and "myself," who is the real you and authentic you that you choose to be.
“Excellent Read!”
